What you can expect from Mangos AI, and what we expect from you.
These terms are between you and Mangos AI, and they cover the Mangos AI desktop app, this website, and the live demo. By downloading, installing or using any of them, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
If you are using Mangos AI for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Mangos AI on machines you control, for your own business or personal purposes, subject to these terms and your plan.
You may not:
Mangos AI offers a free tier, and paid Pro and Scale plans. Current prices are on our pricing section. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
New users get a free trial of the paid features. When the trial ends, paid features stop working and the rest of the app keeps working. We do not require a credit card to start.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe's terms govern the payment transaction itself; these terms govern your use of Mangos AI. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops future charges. Unless the law requires otherwise, or we say otherwise in writing, payments already made are non-refundable. If a payment fails or lapses, paid features stop and your local data stays where it is, on your machine.
Mangos AI drafts and sends content on your behalf, from your own accounts. You are responsible for what goes out. Every agent ships in approve-first mode for exactly this reason, and if you choose to give an agent more autonomy, that is your decision and its output is still your responsibility.
You agree to:
Mangos AI acts on platforms we do not control, including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, Facebook and Instagram. Your use of each is governed by that platform's own terms.
Those platforms can change their rules, their interfaces or their rate limits at any time, and they may restrict or suspend accounts for automated activity. That risk is yours: we do not guarantee that any platform will keep working with Mangos AI, and we are not responsible for action a platform takes against your account. Daily caps and human-like pacing exist to reduce that risk, not to eliminate it.
Content is generated by AI models, so it can be wrong, off-tone or unsuitable. Treat it as a draft. You keep whatever rights you have in the content you publish through Mangos AI, and we claim none of it.
If you bring your own API key, your use of that provider is between you and them, including all charges. If you use the bundled Mangos model, its provider's acceptable-use rules apply to what you generate.
You may not use Mangos AI to:
We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of this section.
We own the app, the website, our branding and everything in them, apart from your content. These terms give you a licence to use the product, not ownership of it.
Your data is yours. Your agents, voice profiles, drafts, prospect lists and conversations belong to you, and they live on your machine.
Because Mangos AI runs locally, it keeps working whether or not our servers do. Some things do depend on us, including licence checks, updates, the website and the demo, and those may be unavailable at times.
We are actively developing the product, so features may be added, changed or removed. If we remove something you depend on, we will note it in the release notes.
Mangos AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate or suitable, that any platform will remain compatible, or that using it will produce any particular business result. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or for any suspension or loss of a social media account.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to Mangos AI is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.
You can stop using Mangos AI at any time by cancelling your plan and uninstalling the app. You can request deletion of the limited records we hold, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, and immediately for a breach of the acceptable-use section. Your local data is unaffected: it is on your machine, and it stays there.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mangos AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Mangos AI after that means you accept the updated terms.
