What you can expect from Mangos AI, and what we expect from you.
These terms are between you and Mangos AI, a sole proprietorship based in Boston, Massachusetts ("Mangos AI," "we," "us" or "our"). They cover the Mangos AI desktop app, www.mangos.ai, and the live demo. By downloading, installing, purchasing or using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
If you are using Mangos AI for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Mangos AI. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, licence information, connected accounts, API keys and any other credentials you use with the product. Information you provide to us for purchases or support must be accurate and kept current.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Mangos AI on machines you control, for your own business or personal purposes, subject to these terms and your plan.
You may not:
Mangos AI offers a free tier, and paid Founders and Teams plans. Current prices are on our pricing section. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. The price, billing interval and any applicable trial terms are shown before you purchase. By starting a paid plan, you authorise recurring charges at that interval until cancellation.
New users get a free trial of the paid features. When the trial ends, paid features stop working and the rest of the app keeps working. We do not require a credit card to start.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe's terms govern the payment transaction itself; these terms govern your use of Mangos AI. You can cancel at any time through the billing controls in the app, and cancelling stops future charges. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or we say otherwise in writing, payments already made are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, paid features may stop; local data remains on your machine unless you delete it.
Mangos AI drafts and sends content on your behalf, from your own accounts. You are responsible for what goes out. Every agent ships in approve-first mode for exactly this reason, and if you choose to give an agent more autonomy, that is your decision and its output is still your responsibility.

Mangos AI acts on platforms we do not control, including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, Facebook and Instagram. Your use of each is governed by that platform's own terms.
Mangos AI is designed for limited, founder-led outreach, not bulk messaging or unattended spam. Certain features apply daily limits, require your review, or require you to send a message manually. These safeguards reduce the risk of misuse and account enforcement, but they do not guarantee that a third-party platform will permit every use of Mangos AI.
Those platforms can change their rules, their interfaces or their rate limits at any time, and they may restrict or suspend accounts for automated activity. You are responsible for your messages, connected accounts, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. We do not guarantee that any platform will keep working with Mangos AI, and we are not responsible for action a platform takes against your account. Daily caps, manual-send controls and review steps reduce that risk; they do not eliminate it.
Content is generated by AI models, so it can be wrong, off-tone or unsuitable. Treat it as a draft. You keep whatever rights you have in the content you publish through Mangos AI, and we claim none of it.
If you bring your own API key, your relationship with that provider governs its processing, availability and charges. If you use a model made available through Mangos AI, the model provider's terms and acceptable-use rules may also apply. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, non-infringing or suitable for publication.
You may not use Mangos AI to:
We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of this section.
The app, website, software, documentation, visual assets and branding are owned by Mangos AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited licence to use the product; they do not transfer ownership to you.
As between you and us, you retain your rights in the data and content you provide. You give us only the limited permission needed to process information when you deliberately use a hosted feature, request support, complete a payment or otherwise ask us to provide a service.
Many core functions run locally, but features may depend on your device, internet access, model providers, connected platforms, licence services or other third parties. Any of those dependencies may be unavailable or change without notice.
We are actively developing the product, so features may be added, changed or removed. If we remove something you depend on, we will note it in the release notes.
Mangos AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate or suitable, that any platform will remain compatible, or that using it will produce any particular business result. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or for any suspension or loss of a social media account.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to Mangos AI is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.
You can stop using Mangos AI at any time by cancelling your plan and uninstalling the app. You can request deletion of the limited records we hold, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, and immediately for a breach of the acceptable-use section. Your local data is unaffected: it is on your machine, and it stays there.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you and Mangos AI consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will provide reasonable notice through the app, website or another channel available to us. Continuing to use Mangos AI after updated terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
Questions or legal notices may be sent through the support channel provided within the app, your billing receipt or other Mangos AI communications. We will add a dedicated public contact address here when one becomes available.
