Mangos AI runs on your machine. That is not a slogan, it is the reason this policy is short.
This policy covers the Mangos AI desktop app for Mac and Windows, and the website at www.mangos.ai including the live demo. "We" means Mangos AI.
The app and the website are very different in how they handle data, so they are described separately below. Most of what you do happens in the app, on your own computer, and we never see it.
Mangos AI is a native application that runs locally. Your agents, their voice profiles, your drafts, your schedules, your prospect lists and your outreach queues are stored on your own machine. We do not host them and we cannot read them.
Specifically, we do not collect or store:
When you connect a social platform, the sign-in happens in a browser profile stored on your own computer. Those credentials never reach a Mangos AI server, so there is nowhere for us to leak them from.
That browser profile is separate from your everyday Chrome. Your personal tabs, history and logins are never touched or read.
The agent itself does not have access to your credentials. It determines whether you are still signed in the same way a person would: it loads a page and sees whether it redirects to a login screen.
Mangos AI is bring-your-own-key. What leaves your machine depends entirely on which model you configure.
Provider keys you enter are stored locally on your machine, not on our servers.
The app reports a small amount of anonymous operational data so we can fix bugs and tell whether a release is healthy. This is limited to things like counts of agents, counts of runs, app version, operating system, and error and crash reports.
It is not tied to an identity. It contains no social handles, no post or message content, and no prospect data.
www.mangos.ai uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure load performance. These are cookie-less and aggregate. We also record which download button you clicked, so we know which platforms people actually use.
The demo at /demo/ runs in your browser on sample data. If you enter your website, we use it to personalize the demo around your product, so what you see reflects your business instead of a generic example.
We also record product-analytics events, such as opening the demo, running a sample agent, or clicking a download link, so we can see where people get stuck. Alongside each event we store:
This is used to personalize the demo and improve the product, and nothing else. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Your IP address is used transiently to rate-limit abuse and is not written to the database. There is no account attached to the demo, so these records are not linked to a person.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We never see or store your full card number.
From Stripe we receive a billing record: your email, what you bought, and non-sensitive card details such as the brand and last four digits. We handle that under this policy. Stripe's own privacy policy governs their processing, including the payment and fraud-prevention data they hold directly.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a short list of service providers to run the product:
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Anything living on your own machine is yours, and it stays until you delete it. Uninstalling the app or deleting its data directory removes it. We have no copy to delete.
Aggregate website analytics and demo events are kept in aggregate for product decisions. Anonymous telemetry and error reports are kept while they are still useful for debugging.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.
In practice we hold very little: essentially your billing record via Stripe, plus anonymous analytics that are not linked to you. Everything else is on your computer, under your control. To make a request, or to ask us to delete your billing record, contact us and we will respond within the period the law requires.
Mangos AI is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how your data is handled, we will say so in the app's release notes rather than changing it quietly.
