1. Who this covers

This policy covers the Mangos AI desktop app for Mac and Windows, and the website at www.mangos.ai including the live demo. Mangos AI is a sole proprietorship based in Boston, Massachusetts. In this policy, "Mangos AI," "we," "us" and "our" refer to that business.

The app and the website are very different in how they handle data, so they are described separately below. Most app data is designed to remain on your computer. Some information is transmitted when you use an external model, a hosted feature, payments, diagnostics or support, as described below.

2. The desktop app

Mangos AI is a native application that runs locally. Your agents, their voice profiles, your drafts, your schedules, your prospect lists and your outreach queues are stored on your own machine by default. We do not routinely host that content. It may leave your device when you direct the app to use a model provider, connected platform or other online service.

Our local-first design means:

• We do not operate a cloud database containing your social-account passwords or session cookies
• We do not routinely upload your complete local draft queue, prospect list or conversation history to our servers
• We do not sell your local app content or use it for third-party advertising

3. Your social logins

When you connect a social platform, the sign-in happens in a browser profile stored on your own computer. The browser and connected platform process those credentials. Mangos AI is designed not to transmit your passwords, session cookies or login tokens to our servers.

That browser profile is separate from your everyday Chrome. Your personal tabs, history and logins are never touched or read.

Automated browser activity can act through a session after you sign in, just as actions in a normal signed-in browser can. Review requested permissions and protect access to your device.

4. AI models and your API key

Mangos AI is bring-your-own-key. What leaves your machine depends entirely on which model you configure.

• Your own OpenAI or Anthropic key. Requests go directly from your machine to that provider under your own account. Nothing routes through us, and we never see the requests and responses travel between the app and that provider. We are not the provider of that service, and its terms and privacy policy govern its processing.
• A local model via Ollama. Model prompts can remain on your machine when configured for a local endpoint, although other enabled features may still use the internet.
• The bundled Mangos model. If you use our API key instead of your own, the public post content and instructions needed for the requested task are sent to Anthropic for processing. We design these requests not to include your social passwords, session cookies or login tokens. Anthropic processes that information under its applicable terms.

Provider keys you enter are stored locally on your machine, not on our servers.

5. Diagnostics and app telemetry

The app may report limited operational data so we can maintain security, diagnose errors and understand whether a release is working. This may include app version, operating system, feature and event counts, timestamps, performance information, and error or crash details.

We design telemetry to avoid message content, credentials and prospect lists. Technical transmissions can include network information such as an IP address, and error details may occasionally contain contextual information. Do not include secrets in support submissions.

6. This website

www.mangos.ai uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure load performance. These are designed to operate without advertising cookies. Vercel may process technical request data such as IP address, user-agent, page URL, referrer, device information and approximate location to provide hosting, security and analytics. The site also uses browser local storage to remember whether you dismissed the announcement bar. We may record which download button you clicked.

7. The live demo

The demo at /demo/ runs in your browser on sample data. If you enter your website, we use it to personalize the demo around your product, so what you see reflects your business instead of a generic example.

We also record product-analytics events, such as opening the demo, running a sample agent, or clicking a download link, so we can see where people get stuck. Alongside each event we store:

• The website domain you entered, used to personalize the demo
• Your browser's user-agent string
• The referring URL that sent you to the demo
• A two-letter country code, derived from your connection

This is used to personalize the demo and improve the product, and nothing else. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The demo tracking database does not intentionally store your IP address, although our hosting and security providers may process it in their request logs. The demo does not require an account, but an entered domain or combination of technical details may still relate to a person or business.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We never see or store your full card number.

From Stripe we receive a billing record: your email, what you bought, and non-sensitive card details such as the brand and last four digits. We handle that under this policy. Stripe's own privacy policy governs their processing, including the payment and fraud-prevention data they hold directly.

9. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a short list of service providers to run the product:

• Vercel, website hosting and analytics
• Railway, the database behind demo analytics
• Stripe, payment processing
• Anthropic, only if you use the bundled Mangos model rather than your own key

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

10. How long we keep things

Anything living on your own machine is yours, and it stays until you delete it. Uninstalling the app or deleting its data directory removes it. We have no copy to delete.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing the service, maintaining security, complying with law, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and provider. Local app data remains until you delete it. Billing and transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting and legal obligations.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise a right, contact us using the support channel provided within the app, your billing receipt or another Mangos AI communication. We may need to verify your request. Some information may be exempt from a request or retained where required by law. Data held only on your device must be managed on that device because we do not possess a server copy.

12. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no product or transmission is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from your own.

13. Children

Mangos AI is a business tool intended for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and provide reasonable notice of material changes through the app, website or another available channel. Privacy questions and requests may be sent through the support channel provided within the app, your billing receipt or other Mangos AI communications. We will add a dedicated public contact address here when one becomes available.
